TEAM Construction was founded in Vancouver, Wa in 1991. Over the last 17 years, TEAM has grown to become the 3rd largest commercial contractor in Clark County (according to the 2007 Vancouver Business Journal). We specialize in all facets of construction including retail, medical, restaurants, financial and religious institutions, multi-family housing, office buildings and any other specialty construction needs. We perform work in both the public and private sector in Washington and Oregon.

Our work is primarily negotiated and bid on a select list basis. Because of our experience in conceptual estimating, comprehensive preconstruction services and our team approach to the design-construction process, we are most often brought in at the early planning stages of projects to manage both project cost and schedule.
