Brian Wells, CEO

Brian Wells founded TEAM Construction in 1991. Brian brings a passion for excellence and a solid history of substantial accomplishments with his 29 years in the construction industry. Brian has been a resident of Vancouver for over 40 years.

Paul Hodge, President

Paul Hodge joined TEAM as a Co-partner in 2005. Previous to this, he spent 17 years in the banking industry in Clark County. He graduated from Linfield College in 1987 with a BA in Business. Paul has been a resident of Vancouver for the last 20 years.

Eric Lindberg, Chief Estimator

Eric Lindberg has held the role of Chief Estimator for the past four years. Previous to that, he has served as an estimator, project foreman and carpenter for TEAM starting in 1995. Eric grew up in Vancouver and is a graduate of Prairie High School.

Tony Hodge, Director of Business Development

Tony Hodge joined TEAM in January, 2008. Previous to that, he worked in the mortgage banking field for the last 18 years as a sales and marketing executive for several fortune 500 companies. Tony graduated from Linfield College in 1989 with a BS in Economics/Business.
