The Palms Plaza

The Palms Health and Wellness Center compliments the surrounding neighbors and business with its upscale rotunda, arched roofing structure, palm trees, landscaping, site work, parking and street improvements. The project consisted of three new concrete masonry unit, structural steel buildings. The complex is anchored by a 45,000 square foot 24 Hour Fitness with the other buildings totaling 10,000 and 7,000 square feet respectively. The project included road improvements to 4th Plain Boulevard and extensive earth work for the seven acre site.
