The new Lents, DCU (Detached Carrier Unit) is a 19,529 square foot concrete tilt building with interior build–out for completion of office space. The facility was designed by Fletcher Farr Ayotte of Portland, OR. The project was completed 8 weeks ahead of schedule even though the majority of the work occurred during winter months.
