West Precinct Police Station, Vancouver, WA

This Vancouver Police West Precinct project consisted of the construction of an approximately 22,500 square foot addition plus a 6,600 square foot remodel of the existing Police Precinct located at 2800 N Stapleton Rd in Vancouver, WA. The building is concrete block with steel joist and metal deck roof structures, built-up roofing, metal canopies and aluminum storefront systems. The scope included site improvements, construction of the building, tenant improvements, existing building remodel, mechanical and electrical systems and other work to complete the project. This was an open public bid, prevailing wage project. The project was completed on-time and within budget.
