This new 17,860 square foot building has the versatility to be used as office space and/or storage (warehouse) space. The concrete tilt construction is accented by the use of reveal lines, banners, tile insets and the use of radiuses. Harder Architecture of Vancouver, WA was the project architect. This project received a City of Vancouver Community Pride Design Award.
