First Pacific Office Building – Phase I

Completed October 1996
This is a new 2-story structural steel framework office building, with masonry veneer and EIFS panel insets. It is a 9,781 square foot building with radius stairs leading from the 1st floor lobby to the 2nd floor offices. The lobby has a tile floor while the walls have a wood veneer wainscoting. The photographs show the elegant look that the owners wanted to portray. The project architect was Architects Associative of Vancouver, WA.
