One Town Center Office Building

This new 14,000 square foot 2-story office building has an exterior brick veneer with EIFS cornices over a structural steel framework. As you enter the lobby you cannot help but notice the detail work with crown moldings and a grand staircase that leads from the main level to the second floor offices. Project architect was Architects Associative of Vancouver, WA.
