Covington Commons Housing Project - Vancouver, WA

TEAM Construction was chosen as the General Contractor for the Covington Commons Housing Project by Affordable Community Environments (ACE). The project consists for 40 townhouse style units, eight of which were designated for developmentally disabled individuals. Many necessary accommodations were incorporated into the design including wider hallways, specially equipped bathroom facilities, modified kitchens and accessible entryways. TEAM completed construction on this project six weeks ahead of schedule.
