Prairie Park Apartments - Vancouver, WA

The Prairie Park Apartments was a design/build project consisting of new, ground-up construction of 244 units totaling 244,000 square feet. Amenities at the complex include covered parking, a key-card gate system, completely landscaped common and play areas, two in-ground swimming pools and an exercise room. Each unit is fully fire sprinklered and includes many upgraded amenities such as granite kitchen countertops.

TEAM Construction began this three phase project in 2007 and completed the last phase in 2008.
