West Precinct Police Station, Vancouver, WA

This project consists of a 34,865 square foot addition/remodel including a new 20,000 square foot addition with an extensive renovation of the existing 14,865 square foot building. This project goal is LEED Silver certification with concrete masonry unit and structural steel construction, purvious asphalt storm system parking lot, state of the art data/cabling and equipment.

This is a sensitive project as the existing police campus must remain operational - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, special care and coordination efforts are being used to ensure the protection of staff and the general public.
