iQ Credit Union Coproate Headquarters

This 25,000 square-foot, four-story project includes one floor dedicated to parking. Occupying the other floors will be iQ Credit Union Headquarters, commercial department and office spaces. Demolition removed more than 6,000 square feet from the former Citizens Service Center, the remainder of the existing building will be renovated with an addition of a glass lobby, seismic upgrades and a total interior and exterior renovation. Extra effort has been taken to protect the site's historic landscaping and trees dating back to the Lewis and Clark expedition.
