The Bank of Clark County East Vancouver project was a design/build tenant improvement totaling 7,000 square feet. The work consisted of demolition and construction of existing interior partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, casework & finishes. Exterior work included the installation of new building mounted trellises, new free-standing trellis, new storefront infill, new roof, new paint, new trimwork, new stone bases, and new light fixtures.
