The Columbia Credit Union Grand Central Branch was the second project Team completed that received LEED Gold certification. The 3,969 square foot branch features a remote teller drive-thru with canopy and vault. Green features include a water collection cistern which provide non-potable water for the buildings plumbing systems as well as irrigation for landscaping. Team Construction has partnered with Columbia Union on their construction projects since 1998.
