Columbia Credit Union’s operation center included a 19,000 square foot addition and the remodeling of 30,000 square feet of existing space. The project received LEED Gold certification. Earth friendly features include a high efficiency HVAC system, a rainwater cistern for landscaping irrigation, high reflectance roofing, alternate transportation accomodations and the use of sustainably sourced materials throughout. The addition connects to the existing building via a glass encased three-story atrium.
