Duck Delivery and United Salad combine to make up one of the largest produce distribution channels in the Pacific Northwest. Their expansive refrigerated warehouse facilities receives and processed 7-days per week. Team Construction has been their General Contractor on projects in Bend, Sumner and two in Portland. The Sumner project was a 28,567 sf addition to the current facility. It is a concrete tilt-up building with 31 ft walls and included parking, truck loading and landscaping on a 4.15 acre site.
