Team Construction has partnered with the LDS Church on 36 projects dating back to 2006. Each of these projects demands the highest of standards in terms of workmanship and include an extensive quality control audit at project closeout.The Mulkiteo project was a new 16,558 sq. ft, one story church with mechanical mezzanine. It features includes a concrete slab floor, wood-frame walls with brick veneer exterior, wood truss roof with composition shingles, a gas forced-air HVAC system, and parking and site improvements in the area where the former church building was destroyed by fire.
