This Prairie Park Apartments was sixth largest construction project completed in Clark County, Washington in 2008. This complex created a much needed affordable housing alternative in the rapidly growing area of Battle Ground. Prairie Park is located adjacent to Prairie High School which makes it extremely convenient for families. Construction for this project included 244 one and two-bedroom apartment units totaling 248,000 square feet, many of which are fully ADA compliant. Team completed the project 2-months earlier than initially projected and well under budget.
