TEAM's project managers and superintendents have years of experience in constructing multi-family residential housing. In 2008, we will be completing our largest project to date, the $14,000,000 Prairie Park Apartments. This projected was completed on time and on-budget. Some of our other past accomplishments include: The Mews at Cascadia Village, Cascadia Village, Covington Commons and Our House of Portland.

As with commercial construction, we are able to assist the owner and/or developer in every aspect of construction, from conceptual to project completion. We can even assist you in developing a pro forma which will show you how your project will "pencil out" at the beginning stages of development.
