LDS Church Ridgefield

Team Construction has partnered with the LDS Church on 36 projects dating back to 2006. Each of these projects demands the highest of standards in terms of workmanship and include an extensive quality control audit at project closeout. The Ridgefield project was built on a former wetland that was partially mitigated prior to the start of construction. To make the site usable, five acres of the property had to be built up four to six feet above grade so water could properly drain to the storm water retention area. The retention area consisted of a manifold of three pipes, each four feet in diameter and over 400 feet long. The masonry building is 25,000 square feet and included a full civil package as well as off site work.
