McNary High School Renovation

The McNary High School renovation was a fast paced project that took place over the summer break. It included interior renovations, window replacement, demolition and replacement of VCT flooring and acoustical ceilings, new painting, lighting, and a new fire alarm system.

Hayes Freedom High School

TEAM Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the construction of Hayes Freedom High School in Camas, WA. Hayes Freedom is an alternative high school totaling 20,500 square feet and accommodates up to 200 students. This was a net-zero designed building that includes extensive conservation measures that will net a 78% energy savings compared to a typical high school. The school was awarded the 2010 American Institute of Architects award for sustainability.
